Dyrektor do spraw Rozwoju Biznesu w Azji dla Cumberland zaznaczył podczas panelu, że najważniejszymi punktami petycji czy też żądań inwestorów instytucjonalnych są nadzór, regulacje i płynność na rynkach kryptowalutowych.
Inni z uczestników panelu zgodzili się, że wzrost popularności kryptowalutami wśród inwestorów instytucjonalnych w ostatnich miesiącach, a przynajmniej w teorii, ma zapewne związek z planami regulacyjnymi wprowadzanymi albo będącymi w planach w wielu krajach na świecie. Koniec jego wypowiedzi jest zresztą dość wymowny.
Wiemy, że jest to ogromny rynek, ale nie możemy go dotknąć.
Jeszcze inny uczestnik panelu Saharah Nair oświadczył, że państwowe organy regulacyjne muszą waluty wirtualne uczynić łatwymi dla użytkownika. Zaznacza, że przepisy nie mogą być sprzeczne z oczekiwaniami i potrzebami użytkowników.
