Konieczność płacenia PCC wtedy zniesiono na pewien okres. Dzisiaj wiemy, że danina całkowicie została anulowana w nowelizacji kolejnej stosownych przepisów.
Wynika jednak z naszych informacji, że upadek Bitmarket.pl w kręgach rządowych wywołał sporą irytację. Czy zatem faktycznie nam grozi zakaz kryptowalut?

Jak widać na powyższym zakaz kryptowalut w naszym kraju nie jest możliwy w praktyce. Rynek jest chroniony przez przepisy zawarte w naszym systemie prawnym jak i także w systemie prawnym unijnym.
Jedynym zagrożeniem jest jak najbardziej kwesta utrudnienia funkcjonowania z tego obszaru firm i na przykład wyeliminowanie rynków PLN na platformach tego typu. Wkrótce możemy oczekiwać wyjaśnienia ostatecznego sprawy dotyczącego PCC.
